These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by JTM Quality Used Cars Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and the purchase of vehicles from us. By using our services or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. All vehicles are sold subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay, subject to any agreed part-exchange valuation.
All vehicles are sold as seen, subject to inspection. We provide detailed information about each vehicle's condition, mileage, and history to the best of our knowledge. We recommend that you inspect any vehicle before purchase.
A vehicle may be reserved with a deposit. The deposit amount and terms will be agreed upon at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment or finance approval must be received before vehicle collection or delivery. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. Cash payments may be subject to restrictions.
Vehicles must be collected within 14 days of payment unless otherwise agreed. We may offer delivery services at an additional cost, subject to availability and distance.
Finance is subject to credit approval by third-party finance providers. We act as a credit broker and are not a lender. Finance terms, interest rates, and eligibility are determined by the finance provider, not by us.
Part exchange valuations are subject to inspection and verification. The final part exchange value may differ from any initial estimate based on the actual condition of your vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You have the right to expect that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
All vehicles come with a minimum 3-month warranty covering major mechanical components, subject to terms and conditions. Extended warranties may be available at additional cost.
If you purchase a vehicle without visiting our premises, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under distance selling regulations, subject to certain conditions.
If a vehicle develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault and your consumer rights.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale of a vehicle is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We provide vehicle history information to the best of our knowledge based on available records. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of historical information.
You are responsible for insuring any vehicle from the point of collection or delivery. We recommend arranging insurance before collection.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. By purchasing from us, you consent to our use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact relevant consumer protection organizations.
These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
